Office Fit-out for Work Tank

The Brief

Work Tank is a coworking and serviced office space in the heart of Niddrie’s bustling retail and commercial precinct.

The Work Tank owners, Jo and John, wanted to create a light-filled, architecturally designed workspace for entrepreneurs and businesses, with everything to make the workday easier and more enjoyable – secure access, state-of-the-art communications, video conferencing, AV and meeting facilities, kitchen and end of trip amenities, and reliable, high-speed internet and networking capabilities.

Being a converted warehouse with large open spaces, energy efficiency was a key requirement, along with a reliable, high-speed communications and data network for multiple users, and plentiful access to power points and tech charging stations.

The Solution
